Cancellations or rescheduling require at least 24 hours’ notice.
Less than 24 hours’ notice will result in a $75 cancellation fee.

Same-day cancellations made on-site (after arrival) will be charged 50% of the total service cost.

Upon full payment, the purchasing realtor and/or brokerage is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the images for digital and print marketing purposes solely for the promotion of the specific property photographed.

Images may not be sold, transferred, licensed, reused for future listings, or used by third parties without prior written consent from Derek & Vee LLC.
